Job Description

An Operations Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within an organization. Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis for management review.
  • Manage inventory and supply chain tasks to maintain business continuity.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Provide administrative support to senior operations staff and act on feedback provided.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless operational processes.
  • Identify areas of improvement in operational procedures and suggest effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role required.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
