Jr. Architect (225-810)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Junior Architect to join our dynamic architectural team. This role is ideal for a talented individual at the early stages of their architecture career, looking to gain hands-on experience and further develop their skills. As a Junior Architect, you will collaborate with senior architects and project managers to assist in the design and execution of various architectural projects. You will be involved in the development of architectural drawings, models, and presentations, while ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sustainable design and will be expected to contribute innovative ideas that enhance the function, aesthetics, and environmental performance of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior architects in the design and development of project concepts.
• Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models for client presentations.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure designs meet client expectations.
• Prepare and revise construction documents according to project needs.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with plans.
• Research and apply knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Gather and analyze data to support design proposal developments.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss design direction and modifications.
• Assist in maintaining project records and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software for technical drawing production.
• Support the coordination of structural, electrical, and mechanical designs.
• Contribute to sustainable design strategies and innovative architectural solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong understanding of building codes and architectural standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for teamwork.
