Job Description

As a Field Sales & Leasing Support Executive, you will play an essential role in driving the success of our sales and leasing operations by providing critical support to field representatives and enhancing customer service experiences. You will collaborate closely with the sales and leasing teams to ensure smooth operational processes and to enhance the effectiveness of field strategies. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage various tasks simultaneously will be critical to maintaining a positive customer experience and fostering client relationships. In this position, you will also be responsible for streamlining operations, managing documentation, and providing support to enhance performance metrics and optimize field operations.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and leasing teams to develop effective client strategies.
  • Provide field support by managing logistical requirements for sales activities.
  • Assist in preparing sales and leasing contracts and documentation accurately.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and support requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate timely delivery of marketing materials and presentations for field use.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and databases of client interactions and transactions.
  • Analyze field and performance data to identify trends and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies in field operations.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, trainings, and workshops for field personnel.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Prepare reports and insights for management on field activities and outcomes.
  • Manage and resolve any operational issues that arise during sales and leasing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a support role within sales or leasing environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse clients.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and related technology tools to optimize operations.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights to teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
