Responsibilities

• Create detailed designs using computer-aided design (CAD) programs.
• Collaborate closely with other designers and product development teams.
• Research market trends to forecast future design directions and themes.
• Source, select, and purchase suitable fabrics for collection development.
• Present design ideas in a compelling and visually-striking manner.
• Consistently review designs for accuracy and adherence to our standards.
• Supervise the garment production process from sketch to final product.
• Adjust and update designs based on development or market feedback.
• Maintain a robust knowledge of current and emerging fashion trends.
• Attend fashion shows and conduct regular market research excursions.
• Collaborate with marketers for promoting and advertising fashion collections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related relevant field required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in fashion designing is preferred.
• Proficiency in relevant computer-aided design (CAD) software applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative fashion design projects.
• In-depth understanding of garment construction and detailed technical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to transform concepts into market-ready designs.
