Job Description

The E-commerce Onboarding Executive plays a crucial role in welcoming and integrating new partners, clients, and vendors onto our e-commerce platform. They ensure that all necessary steps are taken for a seamless incorporation of new businesses into the platform, maximizing their potential and ensuring their success. This position requires an individual who thrives on interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and has a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to provide comprehensive support from the initial contact and setup to the full operational status of new onboarded entities. By fostering a positive onboarding experience, this role significantly contributes to client satisfaction and retention, enhancing both the quality and efficiency of our e-commerce operations.


Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the onboarding process of new vendors onto the e-commerce platform effectively.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration with existing services.
  • Provide training and support to help clients understand platform features and benefits.
  • Ensure all vendor information is accurately documented and updated regularly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing vendors.
  • Monitor the early sales and operational performance of newly onboarded vendors.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or concerns arising during the onboarding process.
  • Gather feedback from new vendors to improve the onboarding experience continually.
  • Work with the product team to tailor solutions to vendor needs when necessary.
  • Track key performance indicators to assess the success of the onboarding procedures.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure new vendors are fully operational and satisfied.
  • Advocate for vendor needs and enhancements to platform services with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in e-commerce or related industry roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment effectively.
  • Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and digital tools for business management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines successfully.
