Job Description

The Corporate Relationship Associate position is an integral role focused on building and nurturing valuable client relationships within a corporate setting. This role demands a professional dedicated to understanding client needs and aligning them with the company’s service offerings to foster long-term partnerships. The associate will work closely with both internal teams and client representatives to streamline communication, solve challenges, and leverage opportunities for shared success. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure client retention.
  • Identify client needs and propose relevant services or solutions to meet these demands.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Monitor market trends to identify and develop potential new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports on client interactions and business development activities.
  • Provide timely responses to client inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance satisfaction.
  • Assist in the negotiation and finalization of contracts with new and existing clients.
  • Organize and participate in client meetings to discuss ongoing projects and future endeavors.
  • Facilitate clear communication between clients and the company’s operational teams.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all client interactions and shared information in the CRM system.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on the latest industry trends.
  • Support the marketing and sales teams in developing client-focused promotional materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate sales or relationship management roles.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and strategically.
  • Proficient in the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Availability to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
