Job Description

A dynamic and ambitious Sales Representative is needed to join our high-performing sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, establish lasting relationships, and develop strategies to meet their needs through our comprehensive portfolio of products and services. You will need to be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of sales processes. Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a monthly basis.
  • Present and demonstrate product features to clients effectively.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and sales contracts for potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and gain insights.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve greater sales targets.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients in line with company policies.
  • Attend team meetings and align with the sales strategy of the company.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Track sales and status reports and forecast future sales trends.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best sales practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role in the industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving aptitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools to track and manage client interactions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
