Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Develop and implement warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Coordinate with supply chain departments to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and legal requirements at all times.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on warehouse operations and performance metrics.
• Handle any issues or discrepancies with inventory and resolve them promptly.
• Work closely with management to set and achieve department goals and targets.
• Maintain and oversee the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance or repairs as necessary.
• Ensure customer service standards are upheld in all warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise and motivate staff.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities are essential for success.
• Familiarity with warehouse software systems and data entry programs.
• Ability to implement and enforce strict safety and inventory control procedures.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are considered beneficial.
