Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process incoming stock and materials accurately.
• Pick and fill customer orders from stock for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety regulations.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Conduct physical inventory checks and keep accurate inventory records updated.
• Perform cycle counts and assist in managing inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with team members on improving warehouse processes and efficiency.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
• Inspect received materials for damage and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Package and label products neatly and according to shipping standards.
• Assist in organizing the warehouse space to optimize storage capacity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• Experience in warehouse operations or similar role is an advantage.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery preferred.
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physical stamina for lifting heavy products and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently under minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software and inventory control systems.
