Job Description

As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead and inspire a team to achieve exceptional sales and customer service results while maintaining a vibrant and engaging retail environment. Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, ensuring store standards are maintained, and delivering an outstanding shopping experience for every customer. You'll be instrumental in driving the store's business strategy, fostering a positive work culture, and developing team members' skills to unlock their potential. Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop store staff to achieve sales and service objectives.
  • Ensure the store meets and exceeds financial performance goals and targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to motivate and guide team members.
  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation.
  • Implement strategies to increase customer engagement and improve satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment and control processes.
  • Collaborate with district managers to align store activities with company goals.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain operational standards.
  • Analyze sales and profitability reports to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations in the retail environment.
  • Drive promotional activities to increase store traffic and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent retail management experience.
  • Proven experience in a retail management role with a track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff.
  • Proficiency in using retail software to manage sales and inventory processes.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and implement corrective action plans.
  • Flexibility to work during peak hours, including holidays and weekends.
