The IT Project Manager is a vital role responsible for overseeing and directing technology projects from conception to completion within an organization. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and schedules for IT projects.
• Coordinate cross-departmental resources, ensuring that projects adhere to scope and schedule.
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle to prevent delays.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Lead project teams effectively by motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to team members.

• Facilitate the resumption of post-project activities, including maintenance and performance evaluation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of IT project management experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing IT projects to successful completion.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and waterfall project management methodologies.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage diverse projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira.
