Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the driving force behind generating new sales leads and contacts. The role is dynamic and involves working outside the office to meet prospective clients, understanding their needs, and proposing suitable products or services. Your primary goal is to increase the company's customer base and revenue by executing effective sales strategies. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a competitive environment, loves interacting with people, and has a knack for closing deals. Your ability to communicate effectively, both in understanding client requirements and in pitching products, will be critical to your success.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate sales leads within assigned sales territory.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and engaging sales presentations.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and deliver strong sales closure to secure deals.
  • Regularly report sales activities and results to the sales manager.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns effectively.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sale support.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to expand business reach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a field sales executive or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to travel frequently within assigned sales territory.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office for sales reporting.
  • Self-motivated and driven by targets and incentives.
