Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain .NET applications according to specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Participate in software architecture and design sessions, providing detailed input.
• Work with project managers and stakeholders to analyze business needs and solutions.
• Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems.
• Monitor and maintain coding standards and practices within the development team.
• Prepare and maintain code documentation and technical specifications.
• Provide support to existing applications and offer enhancements or optimizations.
• Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure software quality.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies in application development.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and sharing expert knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a .NET Developer with at least 3 years in software development.
• In-depth knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET framework libraries.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with cloud services, preferably Microsoft Azure, is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward challenges.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Docker.
