Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain company reputation.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and self-driven professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a successful track record in achieving targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as needed.
