Job Description

The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing schedules, overseeing client accounts, and ensuring the efficient flow of products through the sales pipeline. As a key member of the sales team, the coordinator is responsible for enhancing the productivity of the sales force. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales activities and schedule the sales team's daily tasks and agendas.
  • Assist the sales team with presentations, product information, and sales reports.
  • Monitor online leads and distribute them to the appropriate sales representatives.
  • Maintain customer databases and ensure all client information is up-to-date.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and remedy any pending issues.
  • Prepare and send out proposals, contracts, and agreements to potential clients.
  • Provide administrative support by organizing sales documents and maintaining records.
  • Manage communication between the sales department and other departments efficiently.
  • Analyze sales data and create reports to track sales targets and outcomes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional and marketing activities.
  • Oversee inventory management tasks to ensure product availability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven work experience in sales coordination or a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a polite demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency with office software, including MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in dynamic team settings.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a proactive attitude.
