Job Description

The Manager – Finance and Accounting plays a critical role in overseeing the financial health of an organization. This professional is responsible for managing accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis to ensure the efficient operation of financial activities. The role involves formulating robust financial strategies that align with organizational goals, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Responsibilities

  • Stay updated with industry trends and inform policy changes to maintain competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Professional accounting certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a financial management role is necessary.
  • Strong proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting tools is essential.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop team members.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations is crucial.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in using financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven track record in formulating and executing effective financial strategies.
