Job Description

The Product Owner - Sales and Onboarding is a critical role within our organization that focuses on maximizing the value of our product and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, creativity, and technical understanding to lead the product development process and deliver exceptional sales and onboarding solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, customer service, and technical teams, to gather requirements, define product vision, and drive the execution of product strategies. The Product Owner will be the voice of the customer and will be entrusted with transforming customer feedback into innovative solutions that align with the company's goals. Success in this role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for sales and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Develop and manage a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and timelines.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, translating needs into functional product features.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Drive product development through detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead sprint planning sessions, stand-ups, and retrospectives with the agile team.
  • Continuously evaluate product performance and gather feedback for improvements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor movements to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between stakeholders and development teams.
  • Ensure the successful implementation and adoption of product enhancements.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on new product features and updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in product management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering customer-centric product solutions on time.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer onboarding, and user experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
