Job Description

The Lead RTL Integration Engineer plays a critical role in the design and development of digital integrated circuits. As a lead engineer, you will oversee the integration of RTL designs into system-on-chip (SoC) environments to ensure efficient and effective results. This position requires a keen understanding of complex digital designs, as well as the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to deliver robust solutions. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end RTL integration process for complex designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and specifications.
  • Develop and implement methodologies to ensure seamless RTL integration.
  • Conduct design reviews to identify and rectify integration challenges and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with design and verification standards throughout the integration process.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of integration documentation and reports.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior integration engineers.
  • Implement and manage version control systems for integrated designs.
  • Coordinate with verification teams to ensure proper testing of integrated solutions.
  • Collaborate with layout engineers to match RTL with physical design requirements.
  • Analyze and optimize performance, power, and area of integrated solutions.
  • Continuously assess and incorporate new industry technologies and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in RTL integration engineering roles.
  • Proficiency in Verilog, SystemVerilog, and VHDL design languages.
  • Strong understanding of digital circuit design and SoC architecture.
  • Experience with industry-standard EDA tools for design and verification.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail in integration tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver solutions on time.
