Job Description

An International BPO Executive is a critical role in today's globalized business environment, responsible for managing and optimizing the operations of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. This position requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of international business practices, and the ability to manage large teams across various time zones. The primary objective of an International BPO Executive is to ensure that clients' processes are handled efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with their standards. This involves coordinating with different departments, understanding client requirements, and ensuring service delivery that meets or exceeds their expectations. The role requires adaptability, problem-solving capabilities, and an in-depth understanding of outsourcing dynamics and the latest technological advancements to streamline operations.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily BPO operations to ensure seamless service delivery globally.
  • Coordinate with international clients to understand and meet their requirements.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure targets are consistently achieved.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage cross-functional teams across different geographical locations and time zones.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations and company policies in all operations.
  • Handle client queries and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolution in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices in BPO services.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure technology supports operational goals effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a BPO or call center environment.
  • Strong understanding of international business operations and outsourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a multicultural sensitivity.
  • Ability to manage and lead large teams across different time zones effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other BPO-related software solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Adaptability to evolving business needs and the deployment of new technologies.
