Job Description

An SEO Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the online visibility of an organization's website to enhance its search engine rankings, driving increased traffic and ultimately improving business performance. This role involves conducting thorough keyword research, developing content strategies that align with business goals, and executing on-page and off-page optimization techniques. The SEO Executive collaborates with various teams, such as content creators and developers, to ensure that SEO strategies are properly implemented across all online channels. They also use analytical tools to monitor performance, make data-driven decisions, and continuously adapt strategies to the ever-evolving digital landscape. This position requires a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, user behavior, and the latest trends in digital marketing.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content strategies and optimization.
  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices in all published content.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using various SEO tools and metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization for website content.
  • Identify and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve rankings.
  • Coordinate with web developers to optimize website architecture for SEO improvement.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and communicate results to the leadership team.
  • Research and evaluate competitor SEO strategies to find opportunities for enhancement.
  • Optimize landing pages for search engine marketing and improved user experience.
  • Assist in link-building efforts, including outreach and generating valuable backlinks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related role required.
  • Strong understanding of current SEO practices and search engine algorithms.
  • Proficient in analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
