Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets effectively.
  • Identify new sales opportunities by visiting schools and educational institutions.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with school administrators.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
  • Provide timely feedback and reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Attend educational fairs and exhibitions to showcase the product range.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to anticipate and meet client needs.
  • Manage territorial sales operations and optimize route visits for sales calls.
  • Develop after-sales support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, budgets, and variance reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in field sales, particularly within the education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of school book products and education systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective sales pitches.
  • Highly motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently on the field.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and analyze customer data.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively to client sites.
