Job Description
- Build and manage a robust vendor ecosystem for solar and electrical materials.
- Lead commercial negotiations and achieve cost efficiency across sourcing.
- Ensure smooth operations using digital tools (ERP/Zoho/Excel) for procurement, PO tracking, and escalation management.
- Oversee accurate and auditable inventory, stores documentation, and reporting.
- Drive quality checks, vendor evaluation, and maintain vendor scorecards.
- Optimize inventory to avoid stock-outs and maintain just-in-time deliveries.
- Generate MIS reports to track costs, consumption, delays, and risks.
- Stay updated with market trends, innovations, and solar industry pricing.
