Responsibilities

  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and solving issues.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, and company procedures.
  • Document customer interactions and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction is achieved.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for urgent resolution.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets consistently.
  • Contribute to team goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism at all times.
  • Promote and sell additional services or products where applicable.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve service delivery skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • The ability to handle stressful situations with patience and effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and customer service software is required.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
