An SEO Executive plays a crucial role in driving and enhancing the online presence of a company by implementing effective search engine optimization strategies. They are responsible for improving the website's rankings on search engine result pages (SERPs), which in turn increases web traffic and maximizes overall online visibility. The ideal candidate for this position should have a profound understanding of SEO best practices, analytics, and digital marketing trends. They are expected to work closely with content creators, web developers, and other marketing professionals to ensure that all content aligns with SEO strategies. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough keyword research to guide content teams and online campaigns.
  • Implement on-page SEO strategies including meta tags, titles, and content optimization.
  • Analyze website analytics and performance metrics to develop optimization strategies.
  • Perform ongoing technical SEO audits and make necessary optimizations or corrections.
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and performance across major search channels.
  • Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
  • Develop link building strategies to improve the site's domain authority and rankings.
  • Stay informed about Google algorithm updates and their impact on search rankings.
  • Create comprehensive monthly SEO reports to track growth and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and execute SEO campaigns to boost organic search performance and visibility.
  • Collaborate with content creation teams to guide the production of SEO-friendly content.
  • Advise on and implement strategies for optimizing voice search and mobile SEO effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role in digital marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of the latest SEO trends, techniques, and algorithm updates.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret web analytics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
