Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategize, plan, and implement sales strategies effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
