Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our expanding sales team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by calling potential customers and offering our products or services. As a Telesales Executive, you will build rapport with leads, understand their needs, and strategically pitch solutions that align with our offerings. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to achieve sales targets under minimal supervision. Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers via phone to inform them about our products and services.
  • Utilize scripts to provide information about the product's features and benefits.
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand and identify customer needs effectively.
  • Record sales conversations and outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
  • Generate sales leads and screen call lists for potential sales opportunities.
  • Provide accurate information about pricing, product details, and delivery schedules.
  • Develop and sustain solid relationships and rapport with existing and new clients.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals as specified by the company.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry developments and market trends.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve better results.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve telesales techniques and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a telesales representative or in a similar role.
  • Ability to learn about different products and services quickly and comprehend information.
  • Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong sales skills, including negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling techniques.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and telephone systems for lead management.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are advantageous.
