Responsibilities

  • Implement SEO best practices to increase content reach and engagement.

  • Produce technical training materials for internal and external audiences.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines consistently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Content Writer or similar role in a tech environment.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong understanding of technical jargon and ability to translate it for laymen.
  • Experience with content management systems and document management tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation in content writing.
