As a Senior Architect, you will spearhead the design and development of innovative and sustainable architectural solutions, blending creativity with functionality. You will be responsible for leading projects from conception through completion, collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver landmark projects that adhere to both client and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design projects from initial concept through final completion stages.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design goals.
• Oversee the work of junior architects and provide mentorship and guidance.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including contractors, engineers, and clients.
• Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal building regulations.
• Develop and manage project budgets and ensure project stays within allocated resources.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents for review.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction adheres to architectural plans.
• Liaise with suppliers to source sustainable and cost-effective materials.
• Present design proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders for approval.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, technology, and sustainability practices.
• Resolve complex design issues with innovative and functional solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Licensed Architect with a certification from a national architectural board.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proven expertise in leading complex architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for effective team and client interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and budgets.
