  • Conduct regular client meetings to review account status and future needs.

  • Support the development of client-centric proposals and business cases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is required.
  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client data and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools to streamline client management tasks.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.
