Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying talent and will be instrumental in driving our hiring processes. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier candidates who align with our company culture and goals. Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle for various job openings across the organization.
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods and recruitment channels.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications in detail.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with hiring managers.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications as needed.
  • Coordinate with HR team to create and send offer packages to successful candidates.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and networks to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage and organize recruitment processes.
  • Provide periodic updates and reports on recruitment status to HR leadership.
  • Continuously improve interview and recruitment processes for better efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role is mandatory.
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to act swiftly under pressure.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient understanding of labor legislation and employment regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
