Job Description

A Project Coordinator plays a critical role in the success of a company’s projects. This position entails organizing, communicating, and executing all necessary actions to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information efficiently.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements and scope.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, timeframes, and schedules.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to constantly improve project processes.
  • Ensure that all projects follow industry standards and adhere to guidelines.
  • Manage and track project budgets, reporting variances to project managers promptly.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings to ensure project goals are being met.
  • Monitor project progress and address potential issues promptly when they arise.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers to eliminate blockers effectively.
  • Organize project documentation and create status updates for stakeholders.
  • Track and maintain project inventory and materials effectively.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for the project team as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of project management software tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Certification in Project Management or any related field is an advantage.
