As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the early development of young children. Responsibilities

• Design and implement an engaging curriculum that aligns with education standards for preschool.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment that fosters development and learning in young children.
• Implement activities that develop motor skills, language, social interaction, and cognitive development.
• Monitor and assess each child’s progress, preparing reports for parents and school administrators.
• Use a variety of instructional resources to encourage exploration and learning in preschoolers.
• Facilitate and encourage positive play experiences to promote social interaction among preschoolers.
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
• Organize and supervise field trips, special events, and projects to enhance learning experiences.
• Promote a diverse and inclusive classroom environment that respects and embraces differences.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure a cohesive educational program.
• Maintain classroom materials and resources, ensuring they are safe, clean, and functional.
• Adhere to all school policies and local education standards in executing teacher duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required.
• State certification or licensing for preschool teaching required before start date.
• Proven experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood education curriculum and teaching methods.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children and parents.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm to engage young learners actively.
• Certifications in First Aid and CPR are preferred for safety and emergency preparedness.
