A Customer Service Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering brand loyalty.   • Achieve and maintain key performance metrics set by the management team.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service experiences.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or complex issues to appropriate departments.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance customer service skills and technical knowledge.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Proven customer service experience or related experience in a call center.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and provide calm, effective responses.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications and office software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are required.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, possibly including evenings and weekends.
