Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send invoices accurately according to company policies and client agreements.
  • Verify billing data, calling attention to inaccuracies and seeking clarification as needed.
  • Maintain and update clients' billing records and ensure timely billing adjustments.
  • Coordinate with department heads to obtain necessary billing data for special projects.
  • Resolve billing issues and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with clients on outstanding payments.
  • Assist in preparing monthly billing reports for management review and analysis.
  • Liaise with financial institutions to process and verify payment transactions.
  • Contribute to the improvement of billing processes and accounting systems.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc administration and reporting tasks as required.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss billing trends and potential improvements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, additional education in finance is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a billing, accounting, or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with billing software and financial management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies quickly.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interaction.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
  • High degree of confidentiality and ethical standards in handling financial information.
