UX/UI Developer (225-911)

A UX/UI Developer plays a critical role in creating user-centered digital experiences by combining technical expertise with creative design skills. Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and constraints.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs to communicate design solutions effectively.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Conduct user research and evaluations for feedback to improve digital products.
• Maintain consistency across products by adhering to design standards and guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Iterate on designs based on iterative testing results and user feedback.
• Ensure designs are accessible and accommodate diverse user needs.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Developer or similar role in design projects.
• Profound understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience and skills in UX/UI design.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas and solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a significant advantage.
• Up-to-date knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design techniques.
