UI/UX Designer (225-909)

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces, enhancing the overall user experience of our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to deliver designs that effectively communicate our brand's aesthetics and functionality. Additionally, you will conduct user research, establish design guidelines, and ensure all visual elements are aligned with the brand strategy. Responsibilities

• Create innovative and user-centric interface designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate closely with product managers to understand product requirements and user needs.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve designs and functionality.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards for a consistent brand presence.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders for feedback.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, making necessary changes where required.
• Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to deliver a polished, on-brand, and coherent user experience.
• Iterate designs based on data analytics, user feedback, and usability testing results.
• Build and maintain a strong brand presence through consistent design elements across all platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in a professional setting.
• Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and relevant UI/UX design projects.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of color, typography, and layout.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design processes and interaction design principles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present creative ideas to stakeholders.
