Job Description

As a Telesales Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving sales and customer acquisition through strategic and effective telephone engagement.   • Stay updated with industry trends and changes to align with sales strategies.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills continuously.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least two years of proven experience working in telesales or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle rejection gracefully and maintain motivation for sales success.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and customer accounts.
  • High level of resilience and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
