Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you are tasked with leading and driving the sales team to meet and exceed company targets while enhancing the overall customer experience. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required.
  • Proven working experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex sales metrics.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related technology tools.
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
