The Sales and Customer Engagement role is pivotal within our organization as it serves as the primary interface between our company and our customers. This position focuses on not only driving sales growth but also enhancing the customer's experience with our products and services. A successful candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs. This dual-focus position requires a person with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to identify sales opportunities and engage effectively with customers to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the company's success.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and lead generation.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to foster trust and retention.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and promotional activities.
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and sales processes.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics.
  • Provide comprehensive post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management for strategic insights.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training programs to enhance skills.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain positive relationships.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer engagement with a successful track record.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite tools.
  • Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
