Responsibilities

  • Maintain a detailed record of all client interactions and sales activities.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to nurture strong client relationships.
  • Effectively manage a pipeline of leads to forecast sales effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to drive collective sales performance upward.
  • Handle customer objections by providing suitable solutions or answers.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments.
  • Utilize customer feedback to improve sales tactics and methods used.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales role.
  • Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
  • Strong ability to adapt to different customer personalities and scenarios.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet targets through effective telephonic sales.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this role.
  • A motivated self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight.
