  • Order office supplies and manage inventory to ensure all essentials are available.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior management.
  • Oversee client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department for assistance.
  • Support HR with staff onboarding processes and maintaining employee records accurately.
  • Organize and maintain the office layout and equipment, ensuring a neat environment.
  • Implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and consistency.
  • Negotiate with vendors for services, supplies, and maintenance contracts cost-effectively.
  • Help coordinate company events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are managed seamlessly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse daily activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information with high levels of discretion.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
