Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through research and networking activities.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized business solutions for clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close business deals ensuring mutual benefit for all parties involved.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of viable business opportunities and leads.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and follow-up activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a business development or sales role is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are vital for this role.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and approach.
