Responsibilities

• Design and implement swimming training programs that cater to beginner and advanced swimmers.
• Motivate and encourage female swimmers to achieve their personal best performance.
• Evaluate and monitor the progress of swimmers in both personal and group settings.
• Teach students various swimming strokes, techniques, and safety tips effectively.
• Provide personalized feedback to swimmers, helping them enhance their skills.
• Ensure a fun, safe, and inclusive training environment for all participants.
• Prepare swimmers for competitive swimming events and any related sports competitions.
• Maintain records of athletes’ training sessions and progress evaluations.
• Provide first aid and emergency care as and when required during training sessions.
• Coordinate with facility management to maintain a safe and clean pool environment.
• Promote team spirit, sportsmanship, and dedication among female athletes.
• Attend coaching meetings and participate in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a swim coach, preferably with a focus on female athletes.
• Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and the ability to teach them effectively.
• Certified lifeguard with CPR and First Aid certifications is required.
• Demonstrable ability to inspire confidence and motivate female swimmers of all ages.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with swimmers and parents.
• Adept at maintaining a safe and respectful training environment for all participants.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
