A Property Consultant plays a crucial role in the real estate industry, acting as a trusted advisor for clients looking to buy, sell, or rent properties. Responsibilities

  • Gather and understand client requirements to provide suitable property options and solutions.

  • Arrange and conduct property viewings to showcase available properties to potential buyers or tenants.
  • Negotiate sale or lease agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the client while closing transactions.
  • Prepare and present detailed property listings to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all communications and transactions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Advise clients on legal and financial matters related to purchasing, selling, or leasing properties.
  • Establish and maintain a network of agents, landlords, and property developers to access a broad portfolio of properties.
  • Ensure properties meet legal, environmental, and safety standards, addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote properties effectively through various channels.
  • Provide post-transaction support and follow-up with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events and continuous training to enhance professional knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in real estate or a client-facing sales environment is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage clients and close deals effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and industry trends and practices.
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and digital platforms for property listings and client management.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Valid real estate license or certification as required by local regulations.
