Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in Italian cuisine.
  • In-depth knowledge of Italian cooking methods, ingredients, and traditions.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within a busy kitchen environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain restaurant efficiency.
