As a Customer Service Operations Specialist, you will be at the forefront of ensuring an outstanding customer experience by managing and improving the service processes and systems. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service management or operations is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret service data and drive improvements.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and CRM tools is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.
