The Call Center Sales Manager & Head – Outbound B2B Sales is a pivotal role in leading, strategizing, and executing sales objectives for a dynamic outbound call center team focused on business-to-business (B2B) operations. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed sales targets in B2B markets.
  • Lead and manage the outbound sales team to achieve set performance goals and objectives.
  • Analyze performance data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a competitive and supportive work environment.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage the CRM system to ensure high-quality data management and lead tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in managing B2B sales call center operations.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales and data tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights to enhance performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on improving customer satisfaction.
