Job Description

The role of a Business Development Representative (BDR) is crucial within a company, focusing on the expansion and maintenance of the client base. Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and strategies.
  • Use CRM tools to track and manage all sales activities and leads.
  • Participate in conferences, events, and networking opportunities to foster relationships.
  • Provide regular feedback to the marketing and sales teams on customer needs.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets and performance goals.
  • Ensure smooth transitions and onboarding for new clients joining the company.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the business development operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends and customer needs.
  • Proficiency using CRM software and MS Office Suite is necessary.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to meeting client needs and goals.
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events and conferences.
