Job Description

A Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
  • Create and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure beneficial deals and partnerships.
  • Track and report on business development activities and results regularly.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to generate leads.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
  • Update CRM databases with accurate and timely information about leads and opportunities.
  • Work closely with the product development team to enhance offerings based on client feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to close deals and establish partnerships effectively.
