Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory levels by ordering supplies and managing stock controls.
  • Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and job responsibilities.

  • Monitor restaurant ambiance and cleanliness to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Prepare daily reports on sales, operations, and personnel for management review.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of quality food orders.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
  • Assist in budgeting, analyzing financial data, and controlling operational costs.
  • Support in scheduling shifts and organizing shift patterns for restaurant staff.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse clientele.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
